Terms and Conditions of Elite Scope Traders Limited

Welcome to Elite Scope Traders Limited. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by Elite Scope Traders Limited ("us", "we", or "our"), a company registered under the laws of Kenya, with its principal office located in Nairobi.

 

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

 

2. Definitions and Interpretations

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

 

"User", "you", "your" refers to the individual or entity using the Service.

"Goods" and “services” refers to the items offered for trade by Elite Scope Traders Limited.

 

3. Scope of Services

Elite Scope Traders Limited is a trading company specializing but not limited to educational and softwares solutions. Our Service facilitates the buying and selling of these Goods and services between Users and Elite Scope Traders Limited.

4. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement to use our services. Our services are not available to persons under the age of 18 or those who have been suspended or removed from the system.

 

5. User Account and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

 

6. Trading Rules and Restrictions

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of the Service and their trading activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraudulent transactions, money laundering, and the trade of illegal goods.

 

7. Fees, Payments, and Taxes

Details on fees and payment procedures for using the Service will be provided to you at the time of the transaction. Users are responsible for all taxes applicable to their transactions.

11. Risk Disclaimer for Elite Scope Traders Limited

12. Limitation of Liability

Elite Scope Traders Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

 

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

14. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Refund Policy

At EliteScope Traders, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and clients may need to request a refund under certain conditions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for our programs.

 

Refund Eligibility:

1.1 No Refund Policy Once Courses Have Commenced:

Once a student has officially started their enrolled course, no refunds will be issued for the fees paid for that course.

1.2 No Refund for Goods Sold:

Please note that all sales of goods, including but not limited to EAT, Algo, and merchandise, are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase of goods has been completed, no refunds or exchanges will be granted, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.

1.3 Refund Eligibility Date:

Clients who wish to request a refund must do so before the 15th of each month to be eligible for a refund for that month. Refund requests submitted after the 15th of the month will be processed in the following month.

 

Refund Process:

2.1 Refund Application:

To request a refund, eligible client must submit a written refund request to EliteScope Traders administration by the 15th of the month. The request should include the client’s name, client’s E-mail, contact information, and a detailed reason for the refund request.

2.2 Review and Approval:

Refund requests will be reviewed by the EliteScope Traders administration within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds will only be approved for client who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

2.3 Refund Disbursement:

Approved refunds will be disbursed to the eligible client's designated bank account or payment method on the 30th of the same month if the request was submitted before the 15th of that month. If the request was submitted after the 15th, the refund will be issued on the 30th of the following month.

 

Non-Refundable Fees:

3.1 Late Payment Fees:

Late payment fees are also non-refundable.

 

Withdrawal from Courses:

4.1 If a client withdraws from a course after the refund eligibility date (15th of the month), they will not be eligible for a refund for that month.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

5.1 In cases of exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, EliteScope Traders may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, provided that appropriate documentation is provided to support the request.
